I've been playing since I was a kid, and it’s more than just a sport to me — it's where I feel most alive, challenged, and connected. Whether it’s competing in a game or just tossing the ball around with teammates, lacrosse keeps me grounded and fired up at the same time. Off the field, I’m all about staying active, exploring the outdoors, and finding good coffee spots around the city.
